Notification
Called periodically (every seconds) during FREE_DRIVE mode when the vehicle is back on the circuit but too far from where he left it.
A notification BeNav sends once you subscribe to it with
setupNotifications. Your application receives it as described in Receiving messages.Part of circuit navigation.

toPercent: percentage where the vehicle can rejoin
The circuit can be resumed by sending JoinCircuit command.
