Notification when the current vehicle status changes

A notification BeNav sends once you subscribe to it with setupNotifications. Your application receives it as described in Receiving messages.

Reports that the current vehicle status has changed, and to which one. This is the return half of updateVehicleStatuses: the client application supplies the statuses, and hears about every change here.

It fires whether the driver tapped the status or the client application set it with setVehicleStatus, so there is a single place to watch regardless of where the change came from.
