resetPhoneAppClosingFlag
Resets the phone app closing flag.
Called when the phone app restarts and re-registers its holder. In the original AndroidAutoStateHolder, this reset was a side-effect of setHolder(). Since holder management stays in the orchestrator (AndroidAutoStateHolder), this method provides an explicit way for the orchestrator to reset the closing flag when the phone app is running again.
