setPhoneAppClosing

Sets the phone app closing flag and triggers immediate Android Auto close.

Called from MainActivity.onDestroy() when the phone app is closing. This sets the flag (to prevent relaunch) AND invokes the close callback (to immediately close Android Auto before the process is killed).
