onPhoneSelectsRoute

Called when user selects a route from phone-side route preview.

The AA module should:

• Update the selected route index

• The map will update to highlight the selected route

Note: This triggers the same flow as PhoneAppCallback.onAARouteSelected but in the opposite direction.
