Disposes of the search provider and releases all resources.
This method should be called when the search provider is no longer needed to prevent memory leaks. It cancels all ongoing coroutines and collectors.
After calling this method, the provider is in a stopped state and must be reinitialized via reinitialize before use. Typically called when Android Auto disconnects.
