getMapController
Gets the MapController for controlling the map from Android Auto.
This method is called by Android Auto when it needs to:
Initialize its MapView with the current state
Respond to user gestures (pan, zoom)
Handle button clicks (zoom in, zoom out, recenter)
Return
The MapController instance if available, null if the phone app hasn't initialized the map yet
