uiStateSharedFlow
Flow of state updates for reactive observation.
Android Auto observes this flow to update its MapView when the state changes. Each emission contains the old state, new state, and flags indicating what changed.
Note: This is a Flow rather than SharedFlow to allow implementations to use flow operators like map() without requiring shareIn() with a scope.
