panBy
Pans the map by the specified offset in geographic coordinates.
Used for drag gestures on Android Auto. The delta values represent the difference in longitude and latitude to move the map center.
Parameters
deltaLon
The longitude offset (positive = east, negative = west)
deltaLat
The latitude offset (positive = north, negative = south)
currentTilt
Optional current tilt angle to preserve during panning. If null, the implementation should use its cached tilt value. This parameter exists because external mode changes (like GUIDANCE_VIEW_AUTO) can modify the tilt internally.
