Centers the map on the specified coordinates.
Used by the recenter button on Android Auto to return to the user's current position.
Parameters
longitude
The longitude to center on
latitude
The latitude to center on
zoomLevel
The zoom level to apply (default: 13.0)
tilt
The tilt angle in degrees (default: 0.0 for top-down view)
