Default threshold for split screen detection as a fraction of surface width.

Used by DefaultVehiclePositionStrategy to determine if the AA display is in split screen mode. When the visible area's left inset exceeds this fraction of the container width, split screen is detected.

0.15 (15%) accounts for minor insets from the NavigationTemplate's action strip without triggering split screen detection. Typical split screen insets are 40-50%.
