Recenters the map on the current position with navigation tracking.

Called when user taps the recenter button during navigation. Re-enables automatic camera following of the vehicle position.

Implementation Notes

The adapter should call guidanceViewModel.onEvent(GuidanceEvent.OnRecenterButtonClicked).
