zoomToRect
Fits the AA MapView camera to a geographic bounding box within the visible screen area.
Delegates to the registered zoomToRect handler in AndroidAutoSurfaceCallback, which uses MapView.zoomToRect(rect, pt1, pt2) with the visible area coordinates from onVisibleAreaChanged to precisely fit the bounding box within the map-visible portion of the AA screen (excluding route list panel, action strips, etc.).
Used for route preview camera fitting (initial fit and recenter button) as a replacement for the approximate geographic margin expansion (applyMargins).
