initializeMapView
Initialize the MapView with app-specific state.
Called once after the MapView's GL surface is ready (from OnMapReadyCallback.onMapReady()), BEFORE Navigation.attachMapView(). The implementation should apply the initial map state: style, camera position, POI layers, traffic settings, etc.
