setZoomToRectHandler
Sets the callback for fitting the AA MapView camera to a geographic bounding box.
Called by AndroidAutoSurfaceCallback when the AA surface becomes available to register its zoomToRect handler. Should be cleared (set to null) during cleanup.
Parameters
handler
The zoomToRect handler: receives a GeoRect bounding box to fit. Pass null to clear the handler.
