setZoomHandler
Sets the callback for handling zoom operations on the AA MapView.
Called by AndroidAutoSurfaceCallback when the AA surface becomes available to register its zoom handler. Should be cleared (set to null) during cleanup.
Parameters
handler
The zoom handler: receives true for zoom in, false for zoom out. Pass null to clear the handler.
