requestMapViewReattach

Requests the Android Auto MapView to be re-attached to Navigation.

Called by phone app (MainViewModel.resetMapViewForTracking()) after starting a new Navigation session to ensure the user position icon is visible.

This is safe to call even if the callback is not set (no-op).
