onPhoneStopsNavigation

Called when user stops navigation from the phone.

The AA module should:

• Pop back from AndroidAutoNavigationScreen to the main map

• This will report MAP_VIEW state back to phone

• The GuidanceProvider handles stopping the actual navigation
