onPhoneStartsNavigation
Called when user starts navigation from the phone.
The AA module should:
Push AndroidAutoNavigationScreen onto the screen stack
This will report NAVIGATION state back to phone
The NavigationScreen will call PhoneAppCallback.onAANavigationStarted to trigger phone-side guidance initialization

The title of the destination being navigated to
useDemoMode
If true, start navigation in demo/simulation mode
