onAARequestingInit

Called when Android Auto is ready to initialize its MapView.

The phone app should:

• Detach its MapView from Navigation (to avoid conflicts)

• Set a flag to show a placeholder screen instead of the map

• The MapViewModel remains active and is shared with AA

This allows Android Auto to exclusively render the map while the phone shows a "Map displayed on car" placeholder.
